Family Law Matters
As part of our litigation support services offering, we are able to provide an expert report setting out calculations of income pursuant to the Federal Child Support Guidelines. We also produce expert business valuation reports (as at date of marriage, date of separation or both) that are used in equalization payment calculations under the Family Law Act.
In some circumstances, another expert's report may already be produced. In those situations, we are able to provide what is called a Limited Critique Report that will contain our comments on the other expert's calculations, assumptions and conclusions. Shareholder Disputes
Alisa has been called upon and has the experience to act as an independent expert in instances requiring valuation of a business as a result of a shareholder dispute and in situations involving oppression.
